The RTL-Servers welcome email generally contains two things username / password, these are used for the RTL-Servers panel login.

However these details are also your FTP login details and can be used accordingly:

IP: game server IP EXCLUDING the port, generally 270x5

FTP Port: 21

Always use the original details to access your game servers FTP, and never give out your passwords!
